Worse service ever, I went in for a phone and selected the one I wanted but after activating my phone and getting home. I then realized they gave me the wrong phone, and they told me that I have to pay the difference and restocking fee. Being the only Black woman there I was often ignored and the store manager act like he’s not even the manager, the associates seem to run the store. The people there are so rude never again, if you are African American you will definitely feel out of place and if you don’t believe me just go in and inquire in a empty store and still get treated like your invisible. Good luck, advice… Shop elsewhere too many tmobiles to be stuck on one.
