Came here Saturday night around 7 and had my baby with me Jose I think that was his name was awesome! He told me to sit at a table so that I would be comfortable feeding my baby and brought a remote so that I could watch whatever I wanted on tv. They were able to help me restore my phone as long as I brought in my laptop and the manager was awesome as well Roy. They helped me until 9:15 after they closed and just made sure I was taken care of. I’ll be coming to this store again when I need something else done.

Understaffed. Do NOT come on a weekend because it will take HOURS to get assistance. I am here…right now about 3:30 pm and I count 10 adult customers total (3 couples, and me), and I see 3 reps. Ive been here an hour already and haven’t even been asked what I’m here for, just my name. Representative Darlene was courteous and professional. If only there were more like her available to serve customers.
