We are very disoppointed about this store and Store Mgr. Mike. Unfortunately, he drop the ball in our trade in deal…Here is the issue;My wife and I trade in our phones and got the new deal of T-Mobile, Magenda plan before Valentines Day. Whole bill suppose to be $120 including taxes, etc…The store mgr. Mike didn’t have the color of my phone in his inventory. But, he also said; I can change the color in 14 days. As you all know, Texas experienced a snow storm for 5 days and I could not bring and change the color of phone. Anyways, long story short after the snow storm, I stopped by in this store and explained that; I didn’t like the color and like to change space gray one. He still didn’t have the color in his inventory. He ordered the phone same day and told me that; you can pick up the phone next saturday! But, he never explain to me up front; If you change the color, T-Mobile will drop off you from this promotion! Now, My wife gets the trade in deal and I don’t! He credit me $830 for the phone I’ve trade in and subtracted my bill which was around $180…As customer, we are very disoppointed. If I knew, I’ll disoppoint, I never ever make business here…
