Looks like one of the best managed T-mobile stores in Mobile, AL, besides the fact is in a newer location in a clean and neat building inside Westwood Plaza, I have a different phone carrier since Cingular, but I interact with management and noticed they have a courteous and professional way to talk to costumers, that’s probably why they get very busy at times. Phone plans are less expensive than my carrier and after my contract ends I probably switch to T-Mobile.

I was there too long for a simple task. I felt like I did not receive individual attention since I was not purchasing a phone.Maybe 4 people is not enough on the weekendThey should have more capabilities instead having to call customer service so much.
