I went there to JUMP my phone from the Note9 to the Note20 because I had received a free otterbox case from a company that I do surveys for. I can absolutely say that Ebonie Coleman made this one of the best and quickest visits that I’ve ever had at T-Mobile. She checked my account and told me my options before we even started which was better than what my original plans were. She thoroughly checked out my Note9 since I was trading it in and set everything up to have my Note20 mailed to my home because the color that I wanted wasn’t available in the store. Ebonie is very thorough, professional, customer service oriented, nice, and a fast paced employee. She asks the right questions to make sure that she gives you the best purchase options available. I was disappointed that it was her off day when I turned my Note9 in at the store.
