New customers beware. This store will rip you off. I went in for new service and asked for the plan with 4 lives for $35 / line as was told they no longer have this plan, clearly that a lie. I was also told I’ll receive a new phone just to be told i had to pay $140 in taxes and fees for a free phone that’s only worth $180, after i paid for everything. New customers are much better off going online or just calling customer service. The store doesn’t care about the customers, they only care about getting as much money from you as possible.

The stores looks nice and there’s not really a wait time, but the manager, should be demoted. She has some type of hustle scheme going on, untrustworthy. She knows nothing of company policy and you will be on the phone with customer service simply to fix her problems. Preferably visit a store which she is not in management!!!
