We went here to do the free 5g trade in deal and the clerks said our phone didn’t qualify which was a complete lie. We also asked which phones could play back video in slow motion and he lied and only showed us extremely high end phones! Luckily we didn’t feel as tho we were getting good customer service and went to another tmobile store and got the free 5g deal and also found the cheaper phone did in fact have the slow motion option.
