Friendly and knowledgeable. They don’t try to screw you over or forcibly upsell you on things you don’t need. If you’re coming from a big chain like Verizon or AT&T, this will be a new experience for you because you’re not going to be bent over while they go through your pockets trying to get every penny you have.

This is why i always regret going to a retail location and not a corporate store. Very poor customer service. Very inexperienced and lack of knowledge in the employees!! I came in wanting to redeem something from T-Mobile Tuesdays and I was rudely told it had to be the primary account holder and only one per account when previously we’ve always redeemed things on our own respective apps and both got to have whatever it was offering.No where in the fine print does it say one per account I can’t stand people like this.And sometimes they come off very condescending and rude at this location over the simplest of things. My last time coming to this retail location. The corporate locations are so much better.
