Great store and wonderful Employees. The manager Christian made the transition from sprint quick and easy. Also the sale asosiate Mark was friendly and professional. I would say I would love to go back in however they took care of everything and set us up 100% before we left the store. 10/10

I had a wonderful expierence with the staff but unfortunately couldn’t say the same for the manager of the store. I usually call ahead to in come in and speak to him on behalf of my account. The staff usually informs me when the best time to get in touch with him, last time I came in he refused to accommodate me to his best ability because he was distracted with another female and having what seemed to be flirtatious or suggestive conversation. This won’t be the first time I waited over an hour for his assistance, which is absolutely unacceptable and disappointing, such poor customer service. This seems to be a store full of drama.

We went from 4 lines with sprint to 6 lines with Tmobile. Christian, the store manager, was very informative amd did not try to up sell us. He ensured all our questions were answered, we fully understood our bill, and not only did we get great phones amd a lower bill with 6 phones instead of 4, we also gained a new friend. If anyone wants a cell phone or is tured of the run around, go see Christian. He will take care of you as if your part of his family, because to him, you are.
