Josh and Ashley were very kind, they were proficient at their work, this was the easiest process with a phone/internet company I have ever had. They set me up with a MIFI card within minutes. Due to a VERY horrible experience with a SPRINT location on Seneca Turnpike -where I was able to make many friends in India…and I think I have a new relationship with their computer chat site ( being handed off from one computer zombie to the next with NO resolution to my issue and NO way to purchase a new MIFI from them…I was aimed in the direction of T-Mobile at Commercial DR New Hartford, NY and these young folks took great care of me. I recommend them and this location to everyone who needs services, phones or other devices. 2 Full days wasted on Seneca Turn-Pike … and minutes for resolution at Commercial Dr.They helped me keep my head from popping off!
