From what I saw the staff was amazing and respectful but I can I only speak on my experience. I would like to show my appreciation to the store manager Adam Cross. My and my brother went into the store thinking we were going to have a hard time and spend a lot of money but it was the complete opposite. My brother was in a family plan and I had my own prepaid plan. My brother wanted to leave the family plan and I was going to take his place in it. I thought I was going to have to get a new SIM card and notify my employer and my friends and family and it would’ve been a hassle but Adam came to the rescue. Adam did his absolute best to get me the cheapest amount and he did just that. We were able to cancel my brothers account and replace it with my current number and they charged us $0.00. It was my best experience by far in any phone service company. Once again Thank you Adam! Your very much appreciated and I will never forget this experience.

I was in there twice on 1/21/21, once to upgrade my phone and later to upgrade my sons. Both times the staff was friendly and extremely personable. Kyle upgraded my phone and Ty worked with my son. You can tell they really care about their customers. Adam was very attentive and on the ball whenever customers came in.They even stayed an hour plus past closing time to make sure my sons phone worked. I will definitely be back to this location! They really are the best staff!!!

The store is nice and they have accessories for newer phones. Accessories that aren’t being carried by other retailers. The staff is friendly and professional. They are very helpful. One drawback to visiting this T-Mobile store is the stores proximity to Starbucks. In fact, Starbucks is right next door and the line for Starbucks starts in the street before one turns into the inlet driveway of T-Mobile. Making a turn into the main Drive in front of the T-Mobile store, then,, becomes difficult because one must wait for the Starbucks traffic to clear. Needless to say, it was not a good place to put a Starbucks. I only say that because T-Mobile was there first.
