These people have no Idea what they are doing. Do not go here, they will mess up your account. New manager every month. I pay extra for two phones that shouldn’t even be on my line anymore and when I call to fix it they just tell me the manager is on a conference call. I’ve been trying to fix this problem that they made for eight months. They literally don’t even answer the phone. I hate t mobile especially this store please go somewhere more professional. Had a rough start with t-mobile online. Ended up in this store Marc and his manager Roselio. I can’t say enough good things about how the transaction ended up. Spent a lot of time figuring out a solution. Ended up walking out a happy new customer. Don’t waste your time online…Got to this store and let the professionals handle it.
