It’s never fun when your having phone troubles. I ran into numerous amounts of problem after losing my phone. Thank Goodness for these phone experts as they did everything in there power to accommodate me and get me back up and running. Thank you Eric and Luke for valuing customer service. Luke is the best! i’m not good with new tech but he is super helpful and personable, made it such a painless experience getting a new phone. everyone at this location has been nice, it gets packed sometimes but worth the wait. thank you so much!

I’ve never went into a cell phone store where they actually cared about their customers instead of making a sale. This is one exception. They do not try to force anything on you but really take their time and help the customer.
