Jake & Natasha provided me with fabulous customer service! I switched to T-Mobile from Verizon after being charged a ridiculously high bill. Not only were they able to lower my bill but they even let me participate in last week’s T-Mobile Tuesday’s and gifted both of my dogs beautiful collars. In addition to that they were able to refund the fees I paid to Verizon when I paid off my phone. I would highly recommend getting serviced by them. They made my day.

Mom had terrible experience where ppl didn’t know what the f they were talking about trying to switch her from simple mobile and when they said zip code was wrong they could’ve simply called them and asked what it was. Why call headquarters before simple mobile
