In ALL my years of having a mobile phone, my visit yesterday was the easiest, most efficient, and best in-store experience I have ever had. Javier was outstanding and took care of every detail. His co-worker Damien did not have a customer and instead of hiding in the back, stood by and assisted Javier. I was very impressed by both of these individuals. The store is in excellent condition. Everything is clean and organized. The team is very well knowledgeable and confident.The manager Steven B. Is phenomenal. He is such a good manager then when I moved to Florida I called his store specifically so I could get my WiFi services delivered to me. He got me the beast deal for the best price. He kept his team up to date on all current sales and programs wkth T-mobile.As someone who worked with corporate America in NYC I can say this manager is the epitome of how a manager is supposed to perform. Probably because he’s a Marine vet so he just knows what to do. Good stuff to him and his team and store. Highly recommend everyone to go to this store and for corporate to give him a well deserved raise.
