The mobile is a great mobile service provider. I love the company mostly for their friendly and always helpful customer service when u call 611 and get a rep located domestically add in their low pricing and you understand why I’ve been a loyal customer for 15 years. The only thing I am dissatisfied with is the staff inside Tmobile’s own stores. The reps at the 2 stores I visited for help were not helpful nor well informed. On the last day haven’t changed my opinion of the carrier. I’m getting fine phone service for less than att&t and Verizon

I was helped by Karla . She was extremely patient and helpful. We had an issue with at&t where they made an account by name so I had trouble transferring my numbers but she helped me through the whole process. I would recommend Karla if your looking for great customer service.
