Rude and unprofessional staff. The staff seem to have different information than Tmobile supervisors at the call center, so either the staff don’t know what they are doing and weren’t properly trained, or Tmobile is just totally disorganized. I had a bad experience with T mobile in general-prices high, contracts impossible to get out of. I went to this store to get help figuring out how to lower my bill, and the staff were dismissive and outright rude to me. I went to the Verizon dealer on Main street instead, they had much better deals. I do not recommend this store, or Tmobile for that mtter.

I didn’t get a good experience here either. I got a new phone. But sim card didn’t work in the new phone. I went to this store for help, but the staff didn’t help me and gave me some wrong info to let me try it at home. But that didn’t work at all. So I have to go to a different t-mobile store in huntingdon station, where they give me a new sim card and make it work immediately. Maybe I met a different staff in this store, I don’t have a good experience, and probably won’t visit it anymore.
