I just want to say how excellent my service was during my visit today. Brad was EXCEPTIONAL and went far above and beyond while helping me to pick out my phone and iPad. I’m not very tech savvy and he was patient and very informative. I left there fully equipped with knowledge on how to operate my new devices. I also lost my mom in March and I had some voice messages on my old phone that I didn’t want to lose and he moved them to my new phone!! I left there feeling like I made a friend! I’m new to T-Mobile and it’s been a wonderful beginning and with service like that I’m sure it’ll stay that way!
