Awesome service every time I come to this location. The manager Shanikah is very pleasant & always attentive. I’ve been coming to this store ever since Tmobile & Sprint became one company and as a 20 year original Tmobile customer, this is my FAVORITE location!!

I came to this location to change my phone because when I upgraded I got the iPhone Pro instead of the iPhone Pro Max but now I find out that the guy who switched my phone also cancelled my insurance. I never gave authorization for this and they gave me a defective phone in July that now the battery has crashed and I don’t even have insurance to fix it and I have been paying even more for my line since I switched and upgraded my phone and I was told that the insurance was part of the price
