If I could give them zero stars I would. I was in this store for almost two hours, and was being helped for only about 30 minutes of that time. Someone initially helped me pretty quickly, but after being passed off to another employee and waiting for a ridiculous amount of time considering the store was practically empty, I was told to just send my phone back to Samsung. One employee had horrible attitude. I decided to try an another location and they solved my problem in under 30 minutes by calling customer service, which I couldn’t do myself with a non-working phone.

Went to the store to do a transaction and they were closed until further notice. I was there about a week ago. Did they all gave covid or something? I was not alerted. Why is the store closed and if it’s Covid why have I not been notified if I was in the store.Please answer me quickly.
