I don’t usually write reviews but my experience in this store was phenomenal. I’ve been to several stores in the Flushing area but it was always really busy and the reps seemed to rush you to finish your transaction and move on to the next. Those stores don’t really make me feel like a welcomed customer. Originally, I was hesitant to go to this store due to some of the reviews but this was the closest and most convenient location. It seems that the store went through a change of staff. I went to perform my upgrade and was informed of a trade in deal for my old iPhone 8. The process was really quick and I had my new phone with all the data transferred and everything in about 30mins. There’s no seating in the store but the reps provided me with a chair and everything to make sure the process was as comfortable as possible. I wasn’t rushed for my transaction or anything and it seems like the location itself isn’t very busy. I would highly recommend going to this store. They take care of you and won’t rush you out the door.

Wish I can give -50 starts to them. This happened at 9-12-2020 around 12:30 pm. Went to pick up my replacement phone though T-Mobile customer service which required to send it to the T-mobile store. This supposed to be a very smooth transition that moves the current phone data/app from the old phone to the new replacement phone then reset the old phone and return it. However, the manager went above and beyond with his attitude to make this extremely complicated. I first gave my cell phone # to the rep at soon as I walk in and told him what I’m here for. I also requested a help that to move an app from the old phone to the new replacement phone due to I’m not able to back it up to the cloud. He refused and said according to the T-Mobile policy we can not help you to move anything and you have to factory reset it first before coming to me. I had explained to him that this app is an old app that doesn’t have backup features and it can only transfer from one phone to another. This guy claims himself is the store manager named Juan informed me to do what he said and no question asks. He gave me 2 choices, either factory reset the phone and give it to him or you may dismiss yourself. I got really upsetting by his response. I requested his manager’s contact information but he refuses to provide it to me. he also mentions that you can call customer service now and explain to them why you can’t get your replacement phone from me. He immediately canceled my replacement order with left a very nasty message on my account that he claims he inspected my phone with no problem found. He didn’t even get a chance to touch my phone. My phone was in my hand for the entire time. I was in and out of the store within 5 mins. He first been impolite with his attitude to me and secondly lies about he inspected my phone with no issues. I didn’t know what to do and end up left the store. I’m here to share my own experience with anyone who is thinking to visit this location for any helps or new service.
