Originally came in to help my mother-in-law and ended signing myself up as well. Have to tell you that a week later the rest of my family signed on. When you go, ask for Nagi. This guy is The Man. He will take great care of you and make sure that you get the most from what has been steadily becoming a great carrier. His manner of being puts you at ease with all the confusion of selecting the right plan for you. Great job

I transferred from Verizon to Tmobile, and the female staff here helped me reopen a line, But Verizon still has a line that hasn’t been turned around, and they concealed it, which caused my Verizon phone bill to be in arrears. I didn’t even know it. Tmobile customer service told me that I would refund my previous wrong charges to my bank account, but it has been three months and I still haven’t received any refund

Just made the switch, and Nagi helped me through the entire process. This was done seamless. I am under a family plan and there is four lines. Nagi helped me take advantage of all the promotions available to us. The 1:1 customer services was great. If you unsure, come talk with Nagi and he will help you see all the advantages.
