Not only did they tell us we HAD to add a 3rd line to our plan in order to get the new iPhone 12 max pro deal, they added protection plans when we didn’t ask for them, then told us they took it off when it showed up on the bill.. only to come up AGAIN on my next bill. After realizing I was being charged for the “free” 3rd line they added I went into the store to have both the protection plans and added line removed and suddenly they couldn’t help me because they can’t access my sprint account…I contacted sprint immediately after and they were also very surprised that this T-Mobile store could access it prior but couldn’t help me afterwords. Very oddThey also told us 2-5 business days for our iPhones but it took a month and a half to come in because they were on back order.. the store acted like they had no idea. Don’t do business here

Firstly I’m concerned with the Justice Department prob that was just opened about their offer to buy Sprint (dirty company to begin with that screwed over millions of investors).And I was not totally happy with the coverage map as compared to my current carrier. (Verizon) Maybe if they got as seamless I’d give them a try. I’ll check back with them in 6 months and hopefully they’ve not bought that crooked company Sprint.

If I can give negative stars I would. This is by far the worst T mobile store. Today I went in and literally everyone had an issue in they’re account because an employee there made mistakes. They added things I never asked for and charged me for lines I never asked for. I don’t recommend anybody purchasing phones there and the 5G runs just like the 4G I don’t see any difference
