I walked in the store asking for prices in regards to a phone and immediately was greeted unprofessionally. Staff had such an attitude when inquiring about a phone purchase that made me feel uncomfortable. Nothing like the other store in the shopping center.

I had to search for a TMobile store that was once a Sprint store because of my account. When I arrived at TMobile. Sebastian and Jasmine looked up my account immediately to make sure I was at the right location.I needed the least expensive phone for my father who is 78 years old. Sebastian took over the sale and Jasmine assisted another client that was behind me. Their team work was great.He showed me the A21 and ensured me it would be perfect since all my dad does is go online and text. Then showed me the case and screen protector. I had on headphones because I was working remotely answering calls from clients. The cord to my headphones was getting in the way of my mask and glasses.I had no intentions on buying headphones/earbuds. But he showed me the Buds Live that his manager had since he couldn’t open a new box. Which was smart. I bought them! I kept seeing them advertised all week, they’re sleek and neat. They look like a jelly bean.I didn’t anticipate being in TMoblie for almost 2 hours. The 2 hours I was there went by fast. The entire staff spoke with me, Yani and Jasmine even asked if I were okay since I was waiting for the information for the phones to be swapped from one to the other. One of the young men was playing music in the store and ask if it was too loud, that he could lower the volume. I said no, I love your taste in music. He said I love music, so I gave him suggestions on a couple of music artist.They ask what do I do. I let them know I work for BMW in car sales. When I go shopping I’m normally in and out, because I know what I want. I must say I never write long reviews. But the staff at TMobile in the Cross County shopping mall at 8000 mall walk was excellent. From start to finish! Sebastian, Jasmine, Yani and staff you all were great. Thanks again my dad loves his phone and the buds live I’m figuring out.

I subscribed to Sprint at this store a year ago. Customer service was great as the store was managed by Arlene and her assistant Anthony. Today I went in for a possible upgrading and an employee with ‘hair braids received me without even saying what sales rep’s usually say in the store. Instead of saying hello or welcome he said what do you need When I explained I am looking into upgrading, he didn’t seem interested at all. I asked if he’s done this before and he got offended say i doubt him too much attitude. He topped it off when I asked what options are there for me to upgrade saying you can look yourself. At one point, I wanted to just leave the store and ask who was the manager but decided to move on since there were other customer in the store. Very poor service.
