Xavier needs to be a manager! He’s just amazing. He understands YOU! If there were more than 5 stars, I would easily give it to him! Come to this location, you’ll never go wrong!

Yes, these guys come off as very friendly and they can fix small issues, however, when they make billing mistakes, where they have to refund a customer for their error, they’ll give you the run-around! They billed me for four individual lines instead of a family plan for four months because Xavier, a customer associate there, failed to merge my account to a family plan when I added the last two lines! I was charged hundreds of dollars more than I should have because of his mistake. But everyone makes mistakes, so I went into the store to get the matter resolved and Ahmed tells me his supervisor, Carlos, has to approve the credit and he’ll be there Friday. He said he’d let him know what happened and Carlos will get back to me. No Phone call, no email, nothing! So I returned to the store and this time Xavier was there himself, and he was totally unaware of the issue he caused! I had to explain it all to him, and he referred to the issue as an error that will be corrected, not his error, or I’m so sorry, I’ll make sure to resolve my mistake, he did not take responsibility for it at all! I had to call T-Mobile for help with this issue and it’s still not resolved!I should have stayed with Cricket, 5 lines for $100!! The service wasn’t always the best but I was cheated out of any money ever!
