Kevin R, Representative working at T-Mobile on 4/29/2021 during the day shift was absolutely amazing. He was kind, professional, thorough and patient. Watching him work was like watching someone on a trading floor of the stock exchange. He greeted every customer entering the store and provided triage of their needs. He helped me and a family member through all tasks and never wavered in his professionalism even as the customers began to pile in. Our experience was exceptional!
