Came in to add a line and upgrade to the iPhone 12 Pro for my Mom and myself.Sim Smith was awesome, go to him for quality customer service. He was quick, efficient, knowledgeable and gave me the best deal. He broke down pricing and presented me with all my options so an overall superb customer experience at this T-Mobile location. Surely coming back here again.
