No technical service on site. Was unable to resolve an issue I had with my phone. I also was instructed to call customer service to reset my pin seem I did not know it. Horrible service, couldn’t even tell me the trade in value for my phone, help reset my phone, or fix a system error.EDIT: When I went back a second time the issue was resolved. The lady who helped me was very honest and nice. She was able to tell me the trade in value of the phone I currently have and information about the products. I appreciate the follow up from the owner so I will change it to three star from one. My thing is, train your employees properly. Don’t tell me I need to reset my pin number just to get information about a trade in and to resolve a technical problem my phone has.
