Wish I could give 10 stars! Priscilla and her team were absolutely amazing to work with over Mother’s Day weekend as they were slammed with the 48-hour trade up offer. Even through the craziness, they remained super friendly, courteous and kept me updated about my phone upgrade status as items were transferring. I switched to T-Mobile a few years ago and out of all the stores I been to, this one was by far the best on the island. Thank you Priscilla. Brian and the entire team for making me a happy customer!

I went to sprint back in February 2019 and made the biggest mistake of the year and switched 5 lines on to a plan for $100 (about $150 after their bs fees) They hustled me into getting 5 phones for free because their sim cards only work on their phones. All I wanted was 5 sim cards. I signed up for an offer and attached the image below. It says if you are a AAA customer you get $100 for each line you switch over up to 3 lines. Amazing Deal RIGHT ?!?!?!? Yeah NO, I went back to the store when i dint receive my $300 they had no clue what I was talking about. They recommend I call customer service regarding the matter so I did on the spot in the store. The guy behind the counter told me not to tell them that I was in the sprint store or he would get in trouble?!?! Ok so i call over and over again kepp getting the run around the service sucks so i decide it time to cancel, but wait now they are telling me if I cancel I have to pay over $1600. This company would make perfect SCAM artists. I am so fed up with this place. I can go on and on about how poorly managed this place is.Please do yourself a favor and go to any other carrier, even just getting a prepaid sim card is better.

What can I say! Priscilla, the store manager, was awesome! She helped my wife and I switch over from Sprint. Not only was she helpful in answering all of my questions and concern, she painstakingly helped us with transferring over my in-laws’ phone contacts and photos to their new phones. It was such a big problem to do, but she found a way and did it! She was intelligent and overall a beautiful person, easy to talk to and could easily be a person you can be friends with. Her transparency is unequivocal. You can tell she isn’t scamming you. The Dynamic she brings forth only surpasses her determination to make sure you leave happy from the store! If anyone asks me for a recommendation, I will only recommend this store with Priscilla there!Thank you again Priscilla!
