T-Mobile is not my carrier but im switching next month.i went to buy a charger and they actually fixed my cell! At no extra charge! The lady who attended me which had the looks of a model was very attentive polite and also notice this place is very clean.will come back.

I came early this morning to get my fixedWhen I got there I was told there was no tech. I was told by one of the Reps to leave my phone # & he will call as soon as a tech arrive. Needless to say I never recieve a phone call. I went back to the store around 2pm & there was a tech on site who help. He told me to come back & 1hr to pick up the phone. I don’t remember the young man’s name but I do know he can from a store in NJ to help out. He was effectient & extremely professional. I would rate him a 10. There was a fee for replacing the glass on my phone but he waived it because I had came earlier & there was no tech on site.
