This is the most hit & miss place. A ray of hope with this friendly new staff member! It went from looking like the aftermath of WWIII Italy a decade ago to being the best to sliding down so far now. Yet you phone and a mgr will look for and put aside a product (in this case wrapping paper). The attitude when you return something is as though you had robbed the store. Airport TJMAXX for me!
