I witnessed the door greeter today tell an older man who was pulling out his mask as he walked in that “he should already have his mask on and know better.” I’m sorry, whether you’re a mask wearer or not there was no need to berate this man like this. This is a sad display of customer service and it cost this store customers today because not only did he leave, myself and another family turned around after witnessing this.
