Absolutely atrocious return policy and even worse service. When the sales associate failed to put a security tag on my jewelry item because she forgot, they pointed to the receipt that says “Some items have an attached security tag. Items without the original security tag attached or a damaged tag may not be returned.” and said they can’t do anything about it.I can’t speak for everyone, but “Some items” is a very ambiguous term and i would never know that this cannot be returned nor know that the tag should be there in the first place.If you buy from here, know that you will be scammed to never be allowed to return this item ever again. Spend your money at Pandora or any of the other stores in the mall. Be warned.

Probably the worst store I’ve ever been to.I know some kiosks in Vegas hotels that give better customer service than this signature store. Whatever you do stay away from this store, no matter how close it is to your home or how convenient it is. Trust me when I tell you, the drive to a different location will be worth it.
