Store is down the street from my home. They do carry a large variety/selection of items. Eva is great, super attentive and goes out of her way to help you. Bob, well I do have to say…he isn’t the friendliest, he can be rude and I don’t feel he goes out of his way to help ME when I am the store. If could recommend one thing it would be for Bob to attend some customer service classes & work the back /inventory and Eva work the front with her GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I went in clueless on the size of edible picture I should get for a half sheet cake. I asked but the man at the register was so rude… immediately looked me up and down and made it awkward and said something to another lady who works there and they were both just starring at me. So anywho. I ask him what he suggested and his response was basically idk… how do you work at a cake place with Zero knowledge? He was rude. Dismissed me and said… figure out what you need. Once I was ready he continued to ignore me while I was still standing there.. the lady who works there was nice and helpful. She took my order and was very kind. I love this place but the bald man was very rude… I’m covered in tattoos so I’m sure that’s why he acted the way he did… thee worst costumer service ever.
