I took the Dumpling making class with a friend January 2021. Like many other things during the pandemic, the COVID low-occupancy restrictions made the class an absolute pleasure! I was only grouped with the friend that I booked with. We took turns with the chopping, whisking and stirring and both practiced the two different styles of crimping the dumplings. (No overcrowding around the table or excessive “watching” that other reviews referenced.) The instructor did a great job of letting us work at our own pace while keeping us all on the current task. And she circulated after demonstrating the crimping technique to make sure we understand how to gather the skins. It was a Make & Take which yielded two 2-person meals. Since we also left with printed recipes and instructions I have made the dumplings again at home. Overall I felt the class was a great value and I’m booking another now!*UPDATE*Just took the second class (supposedly) still under COVID restrictions…the first class had 7 people, this one had 17 crowded in the same space. It was much more chaotic, rushed and honestly a little warm in there…especially wearing a mask for most of the class (until the free for all when everyone took off masks for tasting at the same time). I did learn a couple of new techniques, but did not feel the return on investment was there. Overall I won’t be back…there are just too many other options for cooking classes in Houston.

We took Italian steak cooking class. It was very great experience. I learned a lot new. But i wish i could make my steak from beginning to end by myself. In this class you work in group of 4 people everybody gets a chance to participate but not all the dishes you make yourself. Other than that place is great staff is amazing and i would love to come back and learn something else!

Friendly and very helpful employees! I called to reserve a Le Creuset roaster and the nice lady reserved it for me. My husband went to pick it up. They were having some issues with their payment system but were very professional and apologetic after the system successfully accepted his credit card. The employees were very friendly and personable. The ladies even helped him pick out a high quality whisk that could be used on the Le Creuset cookware. High quality products and nice employees! Recommend this location.
