Called one morning and made an appointment which they had an availability later that afternoon. One employee per Supercuts, so please be patient if you are not able to get an appointment. I do understand that they are not taking walk-ins at this time but I’m sure that will change soon. I was there a half hour getting a haircut by Pam, who is Awesome by the way. I witnessed two customers that were pretty rude to her. One gentleman was upset that they were not taking walk-ins, and Pam kindly explained why. He stormed out yelling and that he will go somewhere else. Another lady showed up asking if she needs to wear a mask. Pretty simple if you look around the establishment and if the people there are wearing a mask, pretty sure you must wear one.

Yesterday I called for an appointment they said they were booked, I looked at the book online and it had times for 2:00. Today I saw they open at 9. I booked my appointment at 10:30. I got an email no later than 20 minutes saying My appointment was cancelled. I then called from 9:30 to 10:02 and for the 15 minutes I called 14 times, They did not answer. When they finally answer, a Guy Yelled at me and hung up when I asked why was My appointment cancelled he said it was already booked, but if it was already booked, Why did it allow me to book at the time I requested? This man yelled at me yesterday for calling and asking and HE yelled at me today and he hung up on me today. I’m not sure why I keep coming back but because of a emergency, I do and I regret that.

Dreadful .didn’t even wet my hair.cut one side shoter than the other and I had to pay $21.00 the man has worked there many years but he told me to leave.i asked him to make sides balanced.he only wants to work on men.
