I don’t want to complain but I will say the one up the street near walmart is a night and day difference as far as customer service and how you are treated.i will never go back here in fact I walked out and said I felt they were very rude.i went for highlights and while speaking they literally ganged up on me and said they think maybe i should go someplace else when i told them I get nervous getting highlights bcuz I have had bad experiences and how is like to start out with only a few highlights.i replied how I made the appointment to get the highlights im not that nervous just how u didnt want it too blonde to where I might have breakage.she repeated maybe I should go someplace else then another lady her heard the first lady say that came over started asking me questions..i was really excited to get the highlights .i was extremely shocked when she repeated maybe they r not the right place for me.finally i said you have practically told me to get out three times I guess I can take a hint .i also said that’s how you treat people who try to simply have a conversation about what they would like with their hair.she even said you being nervous is making me nervous maybe you should go somewhere else.i was like what??? Why? I just don’t want it too blonde.not platinum.then the manager said a 3rd time after standing over me maybe we r not the shop you were looking for.i was like ok well its pretty obvious you don’t want my business you have literally said that 4 times when I was really excited about getting these highlights but im leaving and disapointed that this is how I treat your clients.the super cute near walmart couldnt have been more professional than a top salon where I have paid a hundred bucks for a partial.they didn’t iver fry my hair which was my concern and they were sweet even offered me water and asked if I wanted anything from the store next door bcuz the other stylest was getting lunch from next door.i hadnt even mentioned my dissapointment about the supercuts down the street being outrageously unprofessional and just kind of weird. who does that? I was pleasantly surprised. I wouldnt go here even if i had a gift certificate.id throwit away .my experience was horrible.if you have ever seen the movie mean girls.ya.. I left there thinking that was just mean they practically refused service by telling me it might not be the right place for me like 5 times when i was super excited about my highlights .i think i even mentioned it was for a special occasion the next day.they could have cared less! Horrible And extremely ghetto the way they treated me. Big thumbs down
