Store is absolute chaos, nobody speaks English, they allow walk-ins to stroll in and sit down ahead of people with appointments simply because they can’t understand what’s going on around them and/or speak English. Worst experience I could possibly imagine.

The one star rating is for the rudeness of the employee, Chuong. It’s obvious he doesn’t enjoy what he does. I think things would have been different if he treated his clients with respect. His English speaking skills weren’t the best, and I had to cross my fingers hoping he wouldn’t mess up my hair. Other than that, everyone else in the location seemed nice and happy. I was also sat quickly without an appointment, which was nice.
