I Googled the nearest Super Cuts (and Great Clips) and found this location.

I made an appointment online and when I came in. I said I would like to do a toner for my hair. Alfredo and Monica looked at me, like that had no idea what I was talking about. I repeated and said I would like to do toner. They said I had to call for hair coloring. I said I made an appointment online. They said people coming and they busy. Nobody was there at the time I walked in. It was 6 pm, also nobody waited outside. Monica said they closing at 7pm, I said online it says 8pm. She said they too busy.I think Alfredo and Monica know only how to cut hair, but not color it. I am also talking about simple toner service, nothing complicated. It would take 30 min to do it and they could have done it. Nobody was there.I walked into same SuperCuts location before and had highlights done without appointment and I also called and made appointment via phone. I would come in at the time I was scheduled and had to wait 45 min for employees to finish haircuts, because they took to many walk ins, instead of waiting for my appointment.

Terrible service. DO NOT GO HERE.GO TO DAVID’S BARBER SHOP ON OVERLAND AND ROSE.There is a reason why this location only has 3.4 stars. It should have none.When we arrived, a we told the huspanic stylist, haircuts for two. She approached the appointment desk and answered a call, and gave the person on the call the 11:30 and 12 pm spots. Then a large Black woman Gnaj, very condescendingly told us we have to come back at 4. I asked to speak with a Manager and was told Dian, the Manager isn’t there.The entire encounter was antagonistic and condescending. This is even before they touch our hair. Imagine if they did something wrong how much worse the treatment would be.

It was my first time there. I had the most friendly staff, all women. I took my 2 boys and husband to the shop with appointments. The website was a little vague, but the have customer service and i was able to call the shop. They were very willing to answer all my questions the price is very reasonable. The boys looked great. I suck at describing the details but a simple image from google and they create men. LOL.
