Me and my kids had our haircut today. The lady was really sweet and patient with my 2 yr old. She did a awesome job of cutting our hair. My daughter loved her Bob haircut. You don’t have to make appointment just walk in and sign in. Make sure to have your mask on. I’m definitely will come back with my family

This was the worst experience getting my children’s hair cut. My son’s hair needed to be cut so that it’s in dress code (Barbers Hill). She gelled his hair back before I could check it. We made her check and it was far below his eyebrows still. We explained (again) that it needs to be above his eyebrows and she fixed it. We got home and now have noticed that the front of his hair is extremely crooked. There is a good half inch difference between the left and right side when brushed forward. The right side is barely above his eyebrows, the left is far below.Then we moved on to my daughter. She always parts her hair to the side and she wanted it cut so that is all even when she does that. The lady parted it down the middle. When I corrected how my daughter parts her hair, she said they were taught to always part it down the middle to cut hair. I told her that if she’s going to part it down the middle, she cannot cut my daughter’s hair because it will not be even when she styles it the way she always does. She did as she was told (with an attitude) and parted it on the side, but it’s still not even.This lady needs to go back and learn how to cut hair and learn not to argue with customers! We will NEVER go back!
