Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Value Not only did they mess up my hair which I posted a picture of they deleted my review!! My hair is a mess even after I had to pay someone else to try and salvage it I paid 78$ for some one to ruin my hair after growing it out for 2 year and the lady at the desk was rude!

I went there today, cause the place I normally go to was booked and really needed a hair cut. I had used the place before it wasn’t to bad, always good service, always good hair cut.Ended up being the worst decision ever, I asked the lady for a fade on the sides and then to cut some off the top, I have a piece of my hair that was growing out where I have had it cut before and DIDNT want it cut, and wanted the top to even it, she said she understood, but she didn’t.She had no idea how to fade, literally left patches of hair on the back of my head, then when she started in on the top she was just chopping, then she goes right for the piece of hair I told her not to cut and cuts it, I got up before she was done and left, ended up going to another place and having to spend more money and also having To basically cut off all my hair to fix it and some places are still patchy. I literally cried.Moral of the story the lady should have admitted she didn’t know what I was talking about.I will say they did give a refund after talk to the manager, but the manager said next time (like I would be going back) but next time I need to ask someone else to fix before going somewhere else. Like what? I was running out of hair to fix and had lost all my faith in that place. I recommend sports clips for guys hairs cut before going here.
