went in there for a deep conditioning treatment and hair cut with thinning it out. She trimmed my hair first which I have never had done and then for the deep conditioning treatment she had it in for 5 min when I k on it hasto be in for average 30-45 min so not a proper treatment and then just leaves my hair soaking wet and doesn’t even properly towel dry my hair. I have never left a hair salon with hair dripping wet before. I will never go back. Just a waste of money

Critical: Quality, Value Been a long time customer for years never had a problem until recently all new people that don’t even do a good job, and to top it off they are now have doubled in price wanted 200$ to put highlights in my hair and that didn’t even include a haircut! Will Not be returning I will find a new salon!
