You just lost a sale. My wife and I walked by at 7:10 this evening and saw a nice necklace in the window. Somebody in the store was walking to the back room. Thought maybe they needed a restroom. Returned at 7:30, at which time the lights were out. Store hours were until 8:00. Disappointed as we were visiting and gone before you reopen. The quality of help these days?
