Wonderful shop. Went in looking for something special for my daughter’s graduation and wound up with a lovely ring for her and one for myself as well. Great customer service, both girls who were working were friendly and knowledgeable. The quality of the silver and stones seems wonderful. As for the prices, I feel they are very fairly priced. I assume that people that mention it is expensive do not normally by sterling silver. As I mentioned, I purchased two rings, both with beautiful birth stones in them, and with tax paid less than $90. This is pretty much what cookie cutter rings from JCPenny or Macys go for, but these are far prettier and unique, in my opinion.

Went to this location in search of a men’s ring. Upon entering I explained the ring was a gift for someone & I wasnt accurate of the exact size. The cashier said they didnt do returns, but I could EXCHANGE within 5 days, as their policy states. I told her that the gift would be given as a birthday present a week from that date, and she said maybe we could write on the receipt a small extension.I picked the ring I wanted out. One of the employees said if I purchased 3 I’d get a little discount. So I bought 4 items.That day I decided to gift the ring, a week in advanced, to honor their 5 day exchange window and sure enough, the ring didn’t fit. We went back the next day, less than 24 hours later to look at rings and find a good size. We picked the exact ring but in a different size. The cashier says “oh this was on sale there is no exchanges on sale items.”Like excuse me what? You were the exact same person that told me to get the ring because we could come exchange it. I confronted her about it. “But weren’t you the same person who helped me yesterday? I told you it was a gift and you said it wouldn’t be a problem.”She pulled the “well I’ll do it for you this time” and was snippy and quite annoyed she had to fill out paperwork.I literally followed steps she told me to take. AND I purchased more items than I really should have. I went in for one ring and left with 4. But it was her attitude, and clear misleading information that won’t have me coming back nor recommending this place to anyone. She was clearly aware of what she was doing, pushing to make a sale knowing that ring was on “sale” and couldn’t be exchanged.Terrible service. No matter how many smiles and “thank you have a good day” you throw at people, this was deceiving, makes customers feel less than, and isn’t honest business. I hope other customers don’t get lied to that way.
