I came specifically for one vehicle and when I got to the lot I was greeted by Salesman Shaun Hassan, who educated me on the vehicle I had come for. In all actuality it wasn’t what I want. My intention was to walk off the lot but Shaun encouraged me to look at the inventory and what was more impressive is that he was knowledgeable about ever vehicle we saw that day. Moreover, one vehicle we saw he was so detailed we ended up purchasing it! He gave us all the spec and opinions of other customers who had the vehicle and were extremely happy with it. I never knew about some of the details of this brand of vehicle that he shared with me. During the process Shaun has always been accessible, professional and courteous at all times!!! I want to thank him for his professionalism care and concern for me as human being during this process. not only did I drive away with a vehicle that I was educated on and gained more than what I came for but, I also gained a friend in process!

El patron the GM/Partner personally handled my purchase and oversaw the entire process all done remotely without ever having to walk into the dealership. I told them what vehicle I wanted , they didn’t have it in stock and ordered it from Washington state , had it delivered to their dealership to inspect and detail , all the paperwork was done digitally and sent to me home overnight and returned , then the vehicle was personally delivered to my home fully sterilized. This was an amazing experience, the best experience I’ve ever had.
