The advertised a meal of chicken, biscuit, Mac and cheese. I got chicken and a biscuit and mash potatoes. I asked if I could switch it out and I was told I couldn’t because I opened it. Obviously I wouldn’t of opened it if I knew it was wrong. The lady refused to change it for me. Then said she was closed. Which doesn’t help. Terrible customer service when there was the right meal inside the heater. I gave her 4 opportunities to help me and she denied every time so I’m working this review. Please message me if you want to make it right and I’ll remove this review. She needs to learn how to work with customers.
