My wife took our Corolla in for service as it would not start occasionally. They recommended a tune up and a fuel and induction cleaning.As the problem was electrical they were way off base.About a week later the car wouldn’t start again so I opened the hood to take the battery out and the cover for the top of the engine was missing. I inspected the battery cells, Two were dry and dead. I bought a new battery and have had no issues since. They are totally incompetent.My wife has been calling them since Saturday, last 5 days, and no one has answered in the service dept.I will be going there tomorrow or Friday morning to speak with the manager about the extremely poor service at this dealership. I won’t be returning there for service and I would never buy a car from a dealership who can’t reassemble a motor they took apart, not to mention they couldn’t even tell the battery had issues but they could recommend $350 worth of service we didn’t need. Terrible experience!!!!!

They even have a selection of vehicles that I personally love and can’t find at other dealerships (with manual transmissions) and a huge selection of colors that fit my personality. The manager will even work with you on pricing and that’s a huge deal in my book. Overall, it’s a hassle free experience, friendly staff, and you are treated as a valued customer when you walk through the doors whether you choose to buy a car, just test drive one, or even just go to look at your options. I’ve owned 3 Toyota vehicles in the last 16 years and I’m happy to be apart of the Toyota family! This is why I refuse to go anywhere else. Also, Toyota has a detail shop and will detail the outside as well as the interior for $28.00! They do a fantastic job! Thanks for all you do, Toyota fam.. You make going places fun!
