The manager Graciela, rocks! The rest of the staff could learn a lesson from her in courtesy, I noticed they often bend the display glasses or those they are in the process of selling without asking what the customer wants first. I also had huge trouble in returns as they tried claiming I made the scratch rather than it being there from being a display pair. Still, the glasses they offer are the bomb, and I think I will return. Huge selection too.
