Esteban was the employee who helped me today. He was so courteous and polite preparing my order. He made sure I was happy with my glasses and cleaned them thoroughly. He was very informative of everything Sunglass Hut offers and was very personable. I’d come back to buy more glasses from an employee like that!

I wouldn’t go to Sunglass Hut! Went today with my mom to get her a pair and an employee was extremely rude and misleading. She made us go to three different stores the entire day and when we headed back said that she had given out the wrong information and that we couldn’t use the coupon we found ON THEIR WEBSITE (because the store doesn’t accept coupons)! She even tried selling my mom scratched sunglasses. Absolutely worst experience. She was rude, misleading and uninformed. Never going back again, extremely disappointed.
