I want to give special recognition to Sunflower’s sushi bar. It is not an exaggeration or inexperience that leads me to say that the sushi they prepare is at least the equal of most good Japanese restaurants I’ve frequented. I just had their sashimi and it was like sweet butter. Everything I’ve tried has been ridiculously fresh. It’s not silly to say that it’s worth a trip here just for their take-out sushi.
